Open Access and Licensing Policy

The editorial board initiates open access to materials in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), implements a policy of access to peer-reviewed scientific publications, and promotes the exchange of published scientific works. This allows for increased citation of works and enhances the scientific impact of the authors who publish in the journal "Precious and Decorative Stones".
The journal "Precious and Decorative Stones" is available online in open access – all articles are freely accessible for reading, downloading, and distribution through printing, sharing on social networks, etc., immediately after publication. Readers can share and adapt them, provided that the journal and articles are properly cited (Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)).
This license allows copying and distributing the material in any medium or format, and modifying – remixing, transforming, and building upon the material, but does not allow the material to be used for commercial purposes. When using the material, it is mandatory to credit the author(s), provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made to the material. This can be done in any reasonable manner, but not in a way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use of the work.
