Development strategy

We aim to increase the domestic and international audience for highlighting new scientific and practical developments in the field of gemological expertise, research and evaluation of precious and decorative stones, methods and technologies for their extraction, processing, use, and care; attracting foreign scientists to publish in the journal "Precious and Decorative Stones"; publishing the results of scientific and practical developments in the fields of gemology, general and economic geology, and mining by young and leading domestic scientists, which will enable Ukraine to integrate into the global scientific community; increasing awareness of the materials published in the journal by conducting additional electronic distribution of scientific publication annotations.
We support the involvement of leading scientists from Ukraine and around the world, young researchers, graduate students, and students in the fields of general and economic geology, gemology, mining and jewelry art in publishing in the journal "Precious and Decorative Stones"..
The principles of our editorial policy are objectivity and impartiality of the presented informational materials, high standards for the quality of scientific research, an article review policy, strict adherence to copyright and related rights, adherence to the publication schedule, and condemnation of plagiarism.
