Copyright Policy

1. Authors retain the right to authorship of their work and grant the journal "Precious and Decorative Stones" the right to publish original articles containing the results of experimental and theoretical research that are not under consideration for publication in other editions. All materials are distributed under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY, which allows others to distribute the work with recognition of the authorship of this work and the first publication in this journal "Precious and Decorative Stones".
2. If the article is accepted for publication in the journal, the author must sign an agreement certifying that the submitted material:
- does not violate the copyright of other individuals or organizations;
- has not been previously published in other publishers and has not been submitted for publication in other editions.
The agreement is sent to the Editorial Office of the journal either by postal mail (original) or by email (scanned copy).
3. The author transfers to the Editorial Office of the journal the rights to:
- publish the article and distribute its printed version;
- distribute the electronic version of the article through any electronic means (posting on the official website of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.).
4. The author retains the right without agreement with the Editorial Office of the journal to:
- use the materials of the article in whole or in part for educational purposes, for writing their own dissertations, for preparing theses, conference reports, and oral presentations;
- place electronic copies of the article (including the version downloaded from the journal's website) on personal web resources of all authors;
- web resources of the institutions and organizations where the authors work;
- non-commercial open access web resources.
In all cases, the presence of a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is mandatory.
