Abstract Gemological, chemical, physical and optical-microscopic studies of blue sapphire were performed. It was found that the stone was not subjected to heat treatment, as evidenced by the nature of the studied inclusions. It is determined that the chemical composition of the stone indicates its origin from deposits of igneous type. |
