| Abstract The issues of improving the regulatory and technical base of the SGCU expert work on diamonds in accordance with international best practices, which include the improvement of color determining techniques and estimated value of diamonds were considered as well as the development of methods for characteristics determining of synthetic diamonds for custom examination purposes in accordance with the Kimberley Process recommendations and draft regulations to determine the characteristics of irradiated diamonds. |
