CBLOOD DIAMONDS OF RUSSIA. RUSSIA IS USURPING POWER IN THE KIMBERLEY PROCESS

Abstract
The article contains an analytical overview of the problems related to the financing of the military aggression of the Russian Federation (RF) against Ukraine at the expense of the so-called conflict or blood diamonds associated with the activities of the Kimberley Process (hereinafter - KP), and with the RF'role in the KP. It reflects the author's own opinion, as well as that of the State Gemological Centre of Ukraine regarding the search for legal mechanisms for the isolation of the RF in the KP, and does not pretend to be scientific.
