Abstract
It is shown that the hydrophobization of the gypsum stone surface leads to an increase in strength characteristics in 1.3-2 times (for compressive strength) or 2-3 times (for abrasion and shock resistance), and also to an essential increase in water resistance. This allows you to create not only decorative, but also strength systems or glue joints based on gypsum.
Keywords: Gypsum, hydrofobysator, additives, sand, white cement, strength, abrasion.
